Jessie · design lead
Jessie designs environments. Her work spans installation and spatial design, immersive experiences, and large-scale programs built around how people gather, the kind of thinking that makes a space feel like something you move through and share, not just look at. She also helps clients find and place art they love.
Erick · project lead
A builder's hands, a planner's mind. Erick is a craftsman and builder as well as a project lead, the person who keeps your build on track, on budget, and clear from start to finish, and isn't afraid to pick up the tools himself.

We work best with homeowners and small builders in the Denver/Golden area taking on one meaningful room or a full remodel — not full-service architecture. If that's you, here's exactly how we work and what it costs.

We come to you, walk your space, and talk through what's working, what isn't, and what's possible. You leave with clear direction and the right next step.
Ideas and direction, not drawings. Fee credited toward your project if you move forward.
Spatial planfrom $1,200
Measurements, a scaled floor plan, one 3D render, and one revision. The layout, solved and shown before you build.
Plan and render only, no finishes or sourcing. Credits toward a full design if you upgrade.
Styling & art directionfrom $2,500
Often the best place to start. We edit, layer, and place what you already own, then add the art, textiles, and lighting that pull a room together. Big change, no construction.
The next tier is where we take over sourcing, finishes, and full execution — that's the jump from planning to a done room.
Full room design$6,500
Full sourcing, styling, and art direction for one room, start to finish. You get furniture, finishes, lighting, and art, all selected and placed.
Kitchen and bath design$8,500
Layout, cabinetry, finishes, and fixtures for a full kitchen or bath remodel, coordinated with your contractor.
Custom built-ins and millworkby inquiry
Bookshelves, cabinetry, and one-off pieces, designed and built to fit your space exactly.
